Mice
Signs: Droppings along baseboards, gnawed packaging, scratching in walls and ceilings at night.
Our approach: Interior and exterior inspection, tamper-resistant bait stations and snap traps in activity zones, plus exclusion of gaps larger than a quarter inch around utility penetrations, door sweeps, and dryer vents.
Rats
Signs: Burrows near dumpsters and foundations, greasy rub marks, large droppings, chewed conduit.
Our approach: Exterior burrow treatment, secured bait stations along runways, dumpster and trash-room sanitation review, and sealing of crawlspace, sewer, and slab penetrations with rodent-proof materials.
Spiders
Signs: Webbing in corners, storage rooms, stairwells, and around exterior lighting.
Our approach: De-webbing of interior and exterior surfaces, targeted crack-and-crevice application, harborage reduction in storage areas, and control of the small insects spiders feed on.
Ants
Signs: Trails along counters and thresholds, swarmers near windows, moisture-damaged wood for carpenter ants.
Our approach: Species identification, non-repellent perimeter treatment and interior baiting so foragers carry product back to the colony, plus correction of the moisture and leak conditions that attract them.
Cockroaches
Signs: Nighttime sightings in kitchens and break rooms, egg cases, musty odor, droppings behind appliances.
Our approach: Gel baiting and insect growth regulators in cracks, voids, and equipment areas, drain and grease-line sanitation guidance, and follow-up monitoring with sticky traps until counts reach zero.
Bed Bugs
Signs: Blood spotting on mattress seams, shed skins, bites in clusters, activity in headboards and furniture seams.
Our approach: Unit-by-unit inspection including adjacent units, targeted treatment of harborages, mattress and box spring encasements, resident prep instructions, and scheduled re-inspection to confirm elimination.
